yes, pec.
I think myself and fyfe (and whoever else) shall strip the wall on the sunday and create some stuff resulting in
- generally insoluble climbing conundrums and incomprehensible collections of coloured shrapnel - fingerish atrocities without any queer charm whatsoever* - a reading from the gospel of unjustifiably inconsistent rules - extreme unfairness of the morphological variety - unusual limb configurations, and ballet - a truly awful amount of airborne activity - absolutely zero happiness even in the unlikely event of a successful ascent - frequent weeping, vomiting, bleeding, and breaking of bone and spirit -etc.**
You see my only remaining hope in life is that the problems will be so terribly horrific that everyone is declared joint loser, gives up climbing, and so this year's intervarsities and all future ones are cancelled***. It also follows directly that QUBMC will dissolve and that robots will rule freely.
Come one and all.
*and futhermore, without pancakes **and/or fairly enjoyable "bouldering problems"[?!] of varying difficulty ***FOREVER

Well I'm free from half two on that Sunday (27th) and also all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so should be able to set and then reset the wall over that time

It's fun recalling odd movements and sketching problems... reach-grab-pull won't save ye this time, ye will have the dung ripped clean out of ye!

Is that not Cotswo(r)ld(s)?
Who all is setting? I'd be willing to set a couple on the Monday night.

Rest assured they would require plenty of cunting. But sure even if I don't set, I can test the other ones.... will we be using the Everest wall?

Id like to ask that all route setting on the wall stops until Sunday 27th. ive taken down a few routes to get the holds already. The wall will be stripped of holds horizontally along the second bolt, then washed (to remove the rediculous amount of chalk left by the kids) and then will be free for setting. the problems will be kept for 1 week and then they will be removed, probably on tuesday the 6th of december, and the old routes will be put back (im taking photos). please dont remove anything yet as i havent taken photos of the routes yet, and the courses need the wall to stay as it is.
id also like to ask that if you do want to help strip/wash/set on Sunday, that you come after 14:30 when the kids classes are finished.
I think that most problems on the main wall will be set on tuesday as there are adult classes on monday night. the everest wall is free all tuesday but im going to book it anyway just to be sure.
